Swiss Ball Classes

‘Get On The Ball’ Swiss Ball (pioneered by Joanne Elphinston) classes or sessions are ideal to improve body awareness, posture and balance.

General classes include a variety of general toning exercises on an unstable surface to keep the core muscles working and to build on balance, strength and stability.  Sessions can either be run as a great, effective group workout or as singular sessions for complementing recovery from injury and improving postural position and strength while returning to activity.


The cost of the session per person is dependant on the number of attendees.


For 7 or more people the cost is £7 per person

For 6 people or less the cost is a minimum of £48 for the hour split amongst the attendees.


Classes will run for about 1 hour and for new classes or groups will include an introduction to the exercises within the first session.
